Installation Tip:  Polyethylene repair tape should not be applied in cold or damp winter weather conditions.  The polyethylene needs to be dry and the tape needs to be warm.  You could dry the application area with a hair dryer and then apply the repair tape.  Store unused tape at room temperature for longer life.
