Lift heavy vents or skylights with this precision-built vent control. Smooth running gears lift and hold vent at any opening up to 13" that you select. Change as needed. Recommended for occasional use venting. (Use automatic controls for daily venting.) All rustproof materials. 3/8" eye. Max. lift 150 lbs.

Common Recommendations:
