Washer Head Screws for Polycarbonate

Use to install multi-wall polycarbonate panels, fiberglass, or corrugated plastic onto wood frame. EPDM Rubber washer seals out water. Galvanized, hex head, #10 x 1-1/2" or 2". Select pack of 25, 50 or 100.

Use size 1-1/2" for 6mm, 8 mm, 10mm polycarbonate.

Use size 2" for 16mm, 25mm polycarbonate.

BUILDER TIP: 
** Drill a 1/4" hole in the polycarbonate for each Washer Head Screw.  Do not use Washer Head Screws as a substitute for bar caps on the edges of the panels.  Bar caps allow the panel to expand and contract with minimum stress to the panel.
** Use a Gasket Washer (B7436) on Washer Head Screws where fastening the center of panels to the support blocking.
